Absolutely. We offer full-service design options if you want something completely tailored to your brand. We charge $75 for a full custom postcard design.
Yes. You can customize our templates by adding your own text, photos, logo, and contact info. If you want color, font or layout changes we charge $25.
We offer a variety of USPS-compliant sizes, including 4.25″ x 11″, 6.5”x9”, 9″ x 12″, and more. Are you looking for a custom size? We can do that too! Just email us at info@horizonwestprinting.com for a custom quote.
Yes, we send a digital proof for your approval within 24 hours of receiving payment. We will begin printing after we receive your emailed approval.
Most orders are printed within 2-3 business days after final proof approval. Mailing adds on an additional 2-3 days for processing after printing is completed.
We print on thick, 16pt C2S professional-quality cardstock with options for UV high gloss or matte finishes. If you have another paper or coating you are interested in, please send us an email at info@horizonwestprinting.com for a custom quote.
Yes. All postcards are printed in full color on both sides unless otherwise specified.

This allows us to deliver rich, full-color printing with exceptional detail and consistency—while remaining environmentally conscious. We also use eco-friendly inks and offer recycled paper options to help reduce environmental impact.
EDDM® is a USPS program that allows you to send postcards to every home or business along specific mail routes—no mailing list required.
We handle the printing, bundling, USPS paperwork, facing slips, and drop-off at the post office. It’s truly full-service.
Not necessarily. We’re happy to help you choose the most effective USPS carrier routes based on your business location and campaign goals. You can use the USPS EDDM® mapping tool here, or simply email us at info@horizonwestprinting.com and we’ll assist you in finding the ideal routes for your mailing.
Yes. You can target residential only, business only, or both—depending on your campaign needs.
Yes. We can help you schedule future mailings or run a campaign in batches for ongoing outreach.
We can coordinate recurring campaigns and help manage consistent outreach for real estate farming or local business promotions.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online checkout or we can email you an invoice to pay online.
If there’s a printing error caused by us, we’ll reprint your order at no charge. Custom orders are otherwise non-refundable.
No permit is required when using EDDM® Retail, which is what we use for most campaigns. If we mail off of your mailing list, we have our own permit that we use.
All of our EDDM® postcard templates meet USPS size and formatting requirements. We take care of the technical details so you don’t have to.
EDDM® targets every address on a mail route without a list—ideal for local saturation. Traditional direct mail uses a list and is more targeted, but also more expensive per piece. We offer both types of mailings.

Yes, if you have your own mailing list, we can print, prepare and mail your postcards for traditional direct mail as well.
Absolutely. QR codes are a great way to connect recipients to your website, property listing, or booking page. We can help you add one during the design process.
We recommend starting your campaign at least 2-3 weeks before your desired in-home delivery date to allow time for design, proofing, printing, and USPS delivery.
We accept high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, and JPG files. If you’re unsure, our team can help you prepare your file correctly.
